Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sendmo (Powered by Fraymo Technologies, "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our AI-powered outreach software and related IT services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We offer advanced technology and outreach services, including but not limited to:

• AI-Powered Email Personalization (Gemini Pro)
• Industrial SMTP Infrastructure Setup and Management
• Deliverability Optimization & Inbox Placement Strategy
• Campaign Flow Automation & Workflow Engineering
• Custom UI/UX Prototyping for Outreach Dashboards
• API Integration & Compliance Consulting

Specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement prior to project commencement.

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign setup.
• Supply all required content, such as business context and brand guidelines.
• Approve designs and drafts promptly to avoid project delays.
• Adhere to agreed timelines for feedback and resource delivery.
• Ensure all outreach activities comply with local anti-spam regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project. Payment schedules commonly follow:

• 50% upon project initiation.
• 30% upon completion of key milestones.
• Final 20% upon project delivery or infrastructure launch.

Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may lead to suspension of our services.

Revisions beyond the initially agreed scope may incur additional charges. Any requested changes will be assessed and quoted separately before implementation.

We treat all client data and project information as confidential. We will not disclose or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

All source code, scripts, and development frameworks used in the creation of the Sendmo platform remain the sole property of Fraymo Technologies. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, core source code will not be provided or transferred to the client. The client is granted the right to use the final service as delivered but does not acquire ownership rights to the underlying proprietary code.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the terms and fails to correct the breach within 14 days of notice.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction (Chennai).
