Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 23, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our sourcing services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Sendmo B2B platform or utilizing our China-to-India sourcing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all buyers, importers, and visitors who register enquiries or make sourcing requests on our platform.
2. Scope of Services
Sendmo Global Services acts as a sourcing facilitator and intermediary. We assist Indian businesses in identifying verified manufacturers in China, negotiating pricing, auditing factories, vetting product samples, managing international logistics, clearing customs at Indian ports, and delivering cargo locally.
3. Enquiries and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
When submitting an RFQ or custom sourcing enquiry, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (including name, company, email, WhatsApp, and requirements).
- You warrant that all technical drawings (CAD), specification sheets, and brand assets uploaded belong to your organization or that you have the legal right to share them.
- Sendmo B2B respects intellectual property. All design assets shared are treated with strict confidentiality and are shared only with factories signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
4. Pricing, Landed Quotes & Invoicing
All formal quotations provided by Sendmo B2B are calculated in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent estimated Landed Costs at the port of delivery or your local warehouse.
- Landed cost quotes include custom duties, freight charges, clearance documentation, and GST unless specified otherwise.
- Due to foreign exchange fluctuations, sea/air cargo rate volatility, and updates to Indian Customs tariffs, quotes are valid only for the duration specified in the quotation document (typically 7 to 14 days).
5. Quality Inspection and Client Approval
While Sendmo B2B conducts factory checks and hires independent agencies for pre-shipment quality vetting in China, the buyer is responsible for reviewing sample photos, inspection reports, and physical samples before clearing the factory production release. Any quality complaints raised post-delivery will be mediated by Sendmo B2B with the supplier, but final manufacturing warranties reside with the original manufacturer.
6. Compliance & Importing Regulations
Indian buyers are responsible for maintaining valid regulatory registration necessary for imports, including:
- Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) issued by the DGFT.
- Valid GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
- Necessary compliance approvals (like BIS, WPC, or FSSAI registration) where applicable. Sendmo B2B will assist in sourcing documentation from factories but legal liabilities remain with the importer of record.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sendmo Global Services is not liable for manufacturing delays, factory power outages, shipping carrier congestion, port custom holds, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government lockdowns, strikes) that affect international trade delivery schedules.
8. Contact & Legal Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
